Abstract:: The major di fference betw een determinate a nd indetermina te soy beans lies in the fact that thefo rmer has apical raceme( o r rachi s) , bract let, t rilete- bract , w hi le the la t ter has compo und leaf a nd i tstw o stipules on the to p par t of the main stem.Sev eral marks o f stem- termination w ere sagg ested fo r the identificatio n of determinate a nd indeterminatesoy beans. At the same time appling period o f the identification metho d was also giv en out.
