Abstract:
So ybean germinatio n rate may be increased to 9. 1% th ro ugh soil t reated w ithOpal liquid fer tili zer. The plant height a nd 100 seed-weight reduced a nd the number ofbranches and pods w ere increased by applying Opal liquid fertilizer during the g rowingperiod ex cept fo r pod fi lling stag e. There w as no chang e of plant heigh t a nd number ofbranches a nd but number of pods w as reduced and the number o f seeds per pod and 100seed-weight w ere raised by a pplying the fer tilizer in the stag e of pod filling. The resultindica ted tha t the number o f seed per plant , yield and eco nomic benefit may be enha ncedby using of the fer tili zer. The yield increased 11. 8% and 9. 6% respectiv ely when thefertili zer w as applied in soil before seeding a nd sprayed in the f low ering stag e, and theyield increased 13. 6% when those tw o fertilizer t reatment s w ere applied in so ybeang row th period.
