Abstract:
Af ter so ybean w as infected by SMV, the seed coat that became seed coatmot t ling w as a naly zedwi th TLC technique, U1 t ravio let spect rum and many chemicalqualitativ e analy si s methods. The analy si s result show ed that seed coa t mo t tling andno rmal seed coat co ntained anthocyanidin, f lav o ne, flav ono l, dihydrof lav one,dihy dro flavo nol and thei r g lucosid, a nd flav ono l, po lymerf lav onol. The seed coatmot t ling w as dif ferent from no rmal seed coa t o n co ntent and composi tio n o f flav onoids.The accumlatio n o f flav onoids w as rela ted to soybea n was infected by SMV. Accordingto co lour o f seed coat mot t ling and rela tiv e flav o noids, two ty pes of mo t tling can bedi sting aished by wi th and wi thout anthocyanidin.
