Abstract:
The physiological index di fference of cold tolerance among three maturi ty type ofs oybean was s tudied during the course of germination by Cont roled low temperature st ress.The results showed that tw o early variety ’s CAT enzyme activit y inhibition was smaller,increment of soluble protein content was larg er than thos e of the late- middle variety. Butvariation of M DA content did not coincide with variation tendency of vari et y maturi ty. Theearly maturi ty variety ’s adapta tion to low t emperature s t ress w as st rong er than that of latemiddlematuri ty varieties.
