Abstract:
In the present paper, improvement of the DN A ex traction f rom dry soybean s eed, comparison between the silv er s taining and isot ope labeling methods, and ex plora tion of theendoenzyme and primer combinations sui table f or AFLP analysis in soybeans were presented.Based on this , a simple and f as t procedure suitable fo r soybean AFL P analysis w asestablished, and the repres entativ e accessions of G. soja and G.max f rom v arious ecologicalareas in China were examined by using the sugges ted procedure.
