Abstract:
Studies o n pro tective action o f TN A o n soybea n and a ntido tal mechanism ofTN A to chlorsulfuron w ere conducted. When chlorsul furon residue in soil, TN A w asapplied at the rate o f 5g /kg seed it prev ent s decrease of plant hight a nd f resh w eigh t ofsoybean f rom injury of chlo rsulfuro n. TN A increased Gluta thio ne S - Transfera se( GST ) activi ty and Glutathio ne ( GSH) content o bvio usly in soybean. TN A protectsoybean by enhancing GST activi ty w hich result s in accelera ted detoxi fica tio n ofchlorsulfuron via GSH conjug atio n.
