Abstract:
Interrela tio nship amo ng 12 characters of v eg etable soybean seed po ds w asstudied. Po d selective sta nda rd of tw o- seed pods fo r the special va riety o f v eg etablesoybean i s o f prima ry importance. 100- seed dry w eig ht should be 29. 72- 34. 58g , 100- seed f resh w eigh t 60. 79- 70. 55g f resh w eight 100- pod rind 135. 89- 161. 05g , 100- po d f resh weight 257. 47- 302. 7g , the length i f f resh pod rind 5. 24- 5. 98cm and thew idth 1. 45- 1. 62cm. The breeding st rateg y is to select la rg e seeds or mo re seeds in apod o f v eg etable soybea n. Acco rding to the relatio n and reg ression co ef ficient of al lcha racters, pa rameters of the selectiv e standard and ten linear equstions w ere made fo rseed pod characters of v eg etable soy bean. In is sugg ested that 100- seed dry w eig ht ,pod w idth and leng th are reg arded as rela tiv e calcula tion characters to o thers, that is theanalysis of 100 - seed dry weight as calculating the theo retical yield of v eg etablesoybean.
