Abstract:
The content o f hydrox yproline in cel l wa ll i s relativ ey stable when so ybeanseeding g row ing i s normal. When seedling w as infested by Cerospora so jina Hara, thecontent of hydrox yroline was increased, and the increase o f resi stante va riety is mo rethan that o f susceptible v ariery. This resul t show: that there exi st a clo se relatio nshipbetw een chang of hydrox yproline co ntent in so ybean cell w all wi th resistance toCercospora soj ina Hara.
