Abstract:
Study on seed vig or of spring so ybeans in various ripening stag e under threesowing seaso ns w ith 4 year low temperature ( 4℃ ) , sto rag e w as co nducted in thisex periment. The resul ts show ed tha t seeds harv ested in fully ripening stag e ( R8 ) hadthe highest seed vigo r, then in ov er ripening stag e ( R8 - ) lastly yellow ripening stag e.The seed vigo r index such as seed germinatio n energy , g erminatio n percentag e, seedleakag e and POD activi ty w ere superio r fo r seed harvested in fully ripening stage ( R8 )than tho se o f the o ther stag es.
