Abstract:
Soy bean isoflav one compounds w ere separated and determined w ithHPLC, a nd a simple sensi tiv e and hig hly reproducible method wa s established. Theresul t indica ted the mo st suitable ex t racting time of i sof lav ine is 2- 3h r, the sui tableabso rbent w av eleng th is 260nm; It i s accurate for th e iso flavo ne standard sample w ithdaidzin and g enistin at the range of concent ra tion; The i sof lav o ne co ntent is af fected byex t racting and examining temperatures. At 80℃ or higher tempera ture, i sof lav o nemalonyl conjug ates are hydroly zed to glucosides and ag lycones.
