Abstract:
The condi tions of producing toxin f rom Cercospora sojina Hara w ere systema ticallystudies on following apsects: kind of liquid culture medium, culture temperture, culture time,incubation mode, inoculation quantity and pH v alue of culture medium. The inhibi tion ofsoybean radicle grow th and w ilting index of single compound leaf of soybean w ere used totest the injury results of foxicity. The experimental result s show ed that the optimun co nditionsof producing toxin f rom Cercospora sojina Hara w ere Czapek ’s liquid medium, the pHvalue 6 to 7, three pieces (φ= 6mm) mycelia, 25- 28℃ , static incubatio n, 25- 27 days underdark and 3% sucrose as C soure respectivelly.
