Abstract:
Gene actions, including additive [d ] , dominance [h ] , epistasis [i ] of seed pro tein contentand magni tudes of these effect w ere estimated wi th means of P1、P2、F1、F2、B1、B2 parents and g enerations of tw o crosses by Joint Scaling Test and multiple linear regression ofthree- parameter and six- parameter models. It was indicated tha t protein co ntent of soybeanseeds was sig ni ficantly conditioned by additiv e and dominate ef fect s in one of the tw ocrosses, fi tting an additiv e- dominate model, in w hich additive w as more important, whileano ther cross had significant additiv e, dominate and epistatic ef fects for protein content ofseeds, accounting for 34. 5% , 43. 9% and 16. 2% of the total ef fects respectiv ely, fit tingadditive- dominate- epistatic model.
