Abstract:
A new method o f analy sing to tal poly phenol in the soybea n seed i s int roduced inthi s paper. We used polipheno l as the compount of fast blue B regent and f lav o noids totake diazo reaction and i t show ed red colo r, then to take co lorimet ric analysing is 508nm. The method show s many pecularities such as simplici ty, fastness and sensitivi ty. Itcan be used in the study of di sease- resista nt phsiolog y.
