Abstract:
The feasibily ty of planting M1 in Haina n isla nd was studied by using of seeds offour so ybean lines wi th fiv e dosag es o f 60 Co γ- ray. It was show ed that the percentag eo f surviv al plants, sterile and semi - steri le pla nt s w ere higher for the treated seedsplanted in Hainan island than those planted in northeast , Ha rbin. The do se of 50% M1lethal was a round 16KR w hen pla nted in No rth , a nd 20KR w hen planted in Hainan.The seg reg atio n rang e o f M2 was larger fo r planted M1 in Hainan i sland tha n in northo n maturi ty , w eig ht per hundred seeds and protein content. The pro babi li ty o f occurrenceof ea rly maturi ty , larg e seeds, high pro tein plants w ere more in M2 pla nted insouth than planted in no rth.
