Abstract:
The content of Palmi tic acid, Stearic acid and Linolenic acid w ere decreased with the days af ter f low ering a nd that of Linoteic acid was increased. The content of Oleicacid had slig ht v aria tio n Palmi tic acid a nd Linolenic acid had nega tive correlatio n w iththe develo pmenta t days o f so ybean seed, and Linoleic acid w as posi tiv ely co rrela ted.There w as signi fica nt co rrelatio n betw een unsaturated and sa turated fa tty acids.Linolenic acid had a signi fica nt neg ativ e co rrela tion wi th Oleic acid and Linoleic acid.Linoleic acid had a sig nif icant neg ativ e co rrela tion w ith Palmi tic acid and Stearic acid.
