Abstract:
The content o f main a ntinut ri tio nal facto rs ( AN Fs) co ncer ning t rypsi sn inhibitoryactivi ty ( TIA) , Chymo ty rpsin inhibi to ry activi ty ( CIA) a nd lectin in thi rteen so ybeanva ria nt s pla nted w idely in Heilo ng jia ng area was measured. The low est mount o f AN Fsw as found in the protein- purpose v ariety coded as Dong no ng 42, TIA of 36. 72mg /g ,CIA of 7. 89mg /g a nd lectin o f 1. 97mg /g. Howev er, The fat- purpo se v ariety coded asNo. 71435 co ntained the highest content o f AN Fs, TIA of 62. 25% mg /g, CIA of 35.61mg /g and lectin of 3. 86mg /g.
