Abstract:
Analysi s of thlo roplaa t thy lakoid membra ne protein o f soy bean cul tiv ars ino culatedw ith FLS No1, 7 w ere studied by mea ns of electmo phoresis techonolog y o f SDS -PAGE. The result s show ed that: With the inoculatio n of FLS No. 1, the thloro plaatthylakoid memberane pro tein of infected- so ybean is injured and causes the plant to bedi seased. Ef fect of the FLS No. 7 on soybean leaf is the appearance o f cell pigment, sothat Hara appea r the infected leaf in unable to pro duce cell pigment. Infected diaease reaction, but the resistant so ybean cul tiva r do not perfo rm such reaction.
