Abstract:
The composi tion of fat acid is dif ferent f rom di fferent part s o f soybea n seed. Thecomposi tio n o f fa t acids in the co ty ledon is simi la r to seed. It i s qai te dif ferent betw eenthat of hypoco tyl a nd co ty ledon. The co ntent o f palmi tic acid and linolenic acid inhy pocotyl is more than that in co ty ledon. The co ntent of stea ric acid, o leic acid and lionleicacid in hy poco tyl i s less tha n that in co tyledon.
