Abstract:
Ef fects o f so ybean specificly complex ferti li zer o n ul t rast ructure of chlo roplast w asin restiga ted by T EM in the paper. The resul ts are: soy bean co ntinuous cropping leadsto the damage of ul t rastucture of chlo ro plast and the accumulatio n of starch g ranules,therefo re i t come into being spli ts betw een chloro plast basal g ra nules. Applying thecomplex fer ti li zer increases the number of chlo roplast basal granules and integ ratedcha racters when i t is compa red w ith those of the co nv entio nal fertilizer, w hich helpspromote bhotosy nthesi s o f so ybean leav es. The layer o f chlo roplast basal g ra nules aresigni ficant ly posi tiv e co rrela tion w ith so ybean nut ri tion g row th.
