Abstract:
Va riaiton and stabi li ty in response to pho to period amo ng soy bean cultiv ars releasedin Heilo ng jiang Province w ere anali zed through sho rt da yleng th t rea tment. The resul tsshow ed tha t the dif ference in response to pho toperio d among the tested cultiva rs w asmuch bigg er altho ug h these cul tiv ars originated in rela tiv ely close la titudes. Va riationcoefficents o f Pd v alues in Ve- R1 a nd V e- R8 of cul tiv ars w ere 65. 9% and 34. 7% , respectively. The cultiva rs wi th Pd values less tha n 10% (V e- R1 ) and 5% ( Ve- R8 ) accountedfor 13. 9% of the total cultiva rs tested. Respo nse of a cul tiv ar to pho to periodw as relativ ely stable amo ng di fferent years.
