Abstract:
In this study, soybea n seeds were t rea ted by decomposed liquids f rom so ybean roo tsunder fix ed temperature. The resul t show s that , one- mo nth decompo sed liquid inhibi tsthe g ermina tion and grow th of soy bean, rating between 18% and 22% ; four o r sixmonth decompo sed liquid has o n sig ni ficant influence on the germinatio n o f so ybean. Inpot culture ex periment, mixing ea rth wi th so ybean roo ts, show ed tha t, soybea n roo t affectedthe fo llow ing so ybean sig nificantly. Compared wi th cont rol ro tat rion field earthmix ed wi th so ybean roo ts reduced 6% - 24% yield, a nd the decrease became larg er w iththe increase o f mixed so ybean ro ot s. Th ro ug h o ne y ear ’s decompo sition, soybea n roo tsmix ed wi th ea rth had o n in further inf lunce on soy bean ’s g row th and yield. The abov eex perment demo nst rates tha t in soy bean productio n, soy bean ro ot s begin to inhibi t fo llowingso ybean g row th at germinatio n, and inihbi tio n ef fect ca n last for tw o years.
