Abstract:
Fiv e i so zyme band o f Cercospora soj ina Hara was analyzed. The result s indicatedthat there was sig nificant dif ference among the i so zyme bands of Cercospora soj ina Ha ra.Bands of ten races w ere coded. the resul ts show ed tha t races 4, 5, 8 had special code. Onthe basis of such ex periment sta nda rd isozyme code might be set , i t co uld be used as asupplementary method to analy ze th e races of Cercospora sojina Hara.
