Abstract:
Stem node o f semi-wi ld so ybean a nd Liao do 85-38γm2 , GJ2246 etc w ere cultiv atedin the 8114 medium, the somaclone and regenera ted plants w ere obtained. The va riationoccurred on some regenera ted plants ( SC1、SC2、SC3 ) . The v aria tio n inclued plantheig ht , leaf shape, number of branches, 100-g rain w eigh t. Four promi sing st rains w ithhigher yield w ere obtainde thro ugh yield test.
