Abstract:
It is v ery impor tant fo r bo th of the investiga tio n of cy to plasmic male sterile so ybeanand the hy brid soybean pro duction to dev elop and search fo r the male sterile cy toplasmw ith div ersi fied so urces. The data f rom test cro sses o f this study v eri fied the ex istenceo f male steri le cy toplasm in so ybean line ZD8319. Based o n the cy toplasm o f ZD8319 aCM S soy bean line, i t s maintainer a nd restorers were dev eloped. Another soy bean linecarrying male sterile cytoplasm w as a lso discovered.
