Abstract:
Fascia ted so ybean o f China w as a seg rega tion popula tio n. It had mo re nods andleav es, shor ter interno des and petioles than common soy bean va rieties, In the po pulationof fasciated soy bean o f China, there w as lo ng to p- inflo rescence type tha t simi lar tofascia ted soybean f rom America. On the top- inf lorescence f low ers a nd pods crow dedtog ether. There w as a number o f inf lorescence at middle and low er plant part s in fasciatedsoybea n o f China, but there w as no t in fasciated so ybean f rom America. The fasciatedsoy bean o f China probably was a mutent f rom Jilin No. 20, a common so ybean v arietyo f Nor th East.
