Abstract:: Rhi zobacteria w ere iso lated f rom the ecto rhizo sphere and endo rhi zo sphere o f soybean a nd 937 i sola tes were obtained. The antag onistic test s o f all these isolates to threest rains of Fusarium spp. nemed F3 ( Eusarium ox ysporum) . W1 ( Fesarium solani ) and S1(Fusarium sp. ) w ere carried out by pairing cul ture on PDA or King ’s B media. The results showed tha t 279 i sola tes w ere antago nistic to 3 patho gens. Of 15 isolates tested inthe g reenho use, 2 sighi fica nt ly suppressed so ybean roo t- ro t( SRR. ) , they w ere identifiedas Baci llus sp. . Isolate BH1 show ed the best ef ficacy. It suppressed S RR. by 64.0% , 63. 4% and 33. 3% to F3 , W1 and S1 respectiv ely.
