Abstract:
In Shade- enduring black so ybean w hich sy nthesi zes a nd accumulates mo re pho tosyntheticproduct s, dry mat ter t ranspo rted to bo th pod a nd seed per day i s remarkablymore than in oth er cultiv ars such as Feng jiao 66- 12 and Jinghuang 3. In addi tion to i tslow er CO2 compensa tio n point and low er absci ssio n rate o f f low er and pod, i t s yield ishigher. Do t blo t demo nst rated tha t in this cul tivar , the abili ty to ex press of nit rate reductaseg ene, g lyceraldehy de- 3 pho sopha te dehydrog enase g ene a nd Rubisco smal lsubuni t g ene in the leaf during flow ering and po dding is all hig her than that in o ther cultivars. The hig h- ef ficient ex pressing i s especially eminent under dry o r shade and w etcondition. All these indicate that Shade- enduring black soy bean is a g ermplasm w ithex cellent characteri stics.
