Abstract:
The dif ferent pro po rtio n of NO-3 - N a nd NH +4 - N feri ti zer were applied to so ybeanseedling before flow ering. The nodule ni trog enase activ ities, N R activi ties in leav es, thecontent of ureides in yo ung stems, the rela tiv e abundance of ureids and to tal ni t rogenw ere analy sed. The resul ts indicated that sev en propor tion of NO-3 - N and N H+4 - N inhibited the no dule nit rog enase activ ities, reduced the co ntent of ureides in stems a nd therela tiv e abundance of ureides of so ybean in a way. The nodule ni t rogenase activi ties, thecontent of ureides in stems and the relative abunda nce o f ureides w ere the hig hest whenNO-3 - N∶ NH+4 - N= 1∶ 5. And they w ere low ermost w hen NO-3 - N∶N H+4 - N= 1∶0. All of the propor tion co uld increase th e N R activ iti se in leaves and total ni trog en contentin young stems. The N R activ ities in leaves increased wi th the mo re pro po rtio n ofNO-3 - N. The to tal nit rog en content was the highest in stems w hen NO-3 - N∶ NH+4 -N= 1∶ 3.
