Abstract:
Using the technique o f po llen tube pathway ex ogenous DN A int roduction, ga neticmateriels f rom di fferent va riety, species, and g enus was int roduced to so ybean va rietiesand 8 hig h-yielding superior lines resi stant to SMV w ere gained f rom 5 of 12 combinationsfo llowing by conv entional selectio n. The evaluatio n of the lines resistant to SMVov er three yea rs i t show ed that the resistance w as g enetical ly stable. Compared w ithcont rol v eriety the level of resistance w as obv iously improved to be simila r to the do no ro r betw een dono r and receptor. It was found tha t lines show ed dif ference in resi stancelevel to SMV st rains Ⅰ 、Ⅱ andⅢ . It is recommended that exog eno us DN A int roducingtechnique can be adopted in crea ting and breeding soy bean lines resista nt to SMV.
