Abstract:
We used ult raweak bioluminescence ( UWL) to a naly ze the so ybean seeds lackinglipox yg enase ( Lo x ) i so zymes and detect their ult raw eak lig th emi ssio n spect rum. Thecha ng es in ult raw eak bioluminescence intensi ty and spect rum during g ermina tion of soybean seeds w ere studied UWL intensi ty and emi ssio n spect rum reflected the relatio nshipbetw een UWL a nd Lox. It is possible to detect soybean seed lacking L- 3 by UWL intensity. Mo reov er, di scussio n i s show n here o n the phy siological chang e during g ermination. This w ork may help us to research the physio logy ro le of lipo xy genase.
