Abstract:
During f lo ral induction period in soybean Zao- 12 ( Glycine max L. cv . Zao 12) ,the concentration of to tal f ree amino acids in prima ry leav es and apical buds under sho rt- day ( SD light /da rk 9h /15h ) w ere keeping higher lev el than tha t under continuo uslight ( CL light /dark 24h /0h ) . Amo ng all kinds of f ree amino acids, the co ntents of g lutamicacid a nd aspartic acid in prima ry leaves and apical buds g row ing under 2SD w erehigher than tha t g rowing under 2CL, this demonstrated tha t Glu and Asp migh t play animpo rtant ro le in co operation the bala nce of carbo n and nit rog en metabolism in inducedplant. The co ncent ratio n of a rginine in apical buds under 2SD was 2. 5 times compa redw ith 2CL.
