Abstract:

During 1986～ 1995, 8711 accessio ns of so ybean germplasm f rom south er n 14provinces ( Cities) o f China w ere ev alua ted fo r their resi stance to so ybean rust. Resul tsshow ed that no a ny accessio n was immune o r highly resista nt to so ybean rust. Sev entyfour soy bean v arieties w ere middle resi stant to soybean rust , such as Daja nsedou. TiandengheidouSu 89- 1 etc. that acco unt for 0. 85% of the to tal. 3846 accessions w eremiddle susceptible to so ybean rust that occupied 44. 15% o f the to tal. 4791 accessio nsw ere hig h susceptible, w hich coccupied 55% o f the to tal. Al l to gether, 99. 15% of ev aluatedso ybean g ermplasm w ere susceptible to so ybean rust.
