Abstract:
Mo re tha n 140 soy bean va rieties, which w ere released in Heilo ng jiang Prov ince ofPRC since 1949, w ere planted to study cha ng es a nd eco-geog raphical dist ributio n of protein,oil, ash and carbo hydra te content. There is a li t tle rai se of oil and sig nificant reductio n o f pro tein content following the raise o f yield po tentiality in Hei long jiangProvince. How ev er protein content returned to be higher slig ht ly in 80’ s. The cha ng eso f carbohydrate a nd ash content is not notice. There is larg e dif ference amo ng eco-g eographical regions in protein a nd oil co ntent. There is higher pro tein content amo ng theva rieties of Ke-Bai a nd Suih ua regio ns. Hig her oi l co ntent i s in the v arieties dev elo ped inHeihe and Nenjia ng regio ns. The dif ference of carbohydra te a nd ash co ntent i s no t evidentamo ng dif ferent regio ns.
