Abstract:
The pKT54 B7 C5 plasmid wi th B. t. k. - del ta endoxin gene w ere t rnsferred intoHeino ng 37 and Heino ng 39 et. al soy bean cultiva rs by inducting wi th v arious ex plantmethods. Adv enti tio us buds a nd regenera tion plant w ere obtained f rom hy pocotyl ,cotylendo n node. They were detected by kanamycine selectio n and alkaoids and primarilyprov ed that fo reig n gene were t ransferred into so ybean genome. Only 30 o f 81 regeneratedpla nt surviv ed. Only 3 plants wi th 7 pods w ere obtained f rom the surviv ed regeneratedplant s. It prov ed that 7 plants of the reg enerated plant s w ere t ra nsferred w ithfo rg ein g ene by PCR technique a nd dot hybri zatio n. The 7 seeds spro uted, plant g row this normal.
