Abstract:

The mi tigativ e ef fects of th ree kinds o f Ca2+ so lutio n ( calcium ni trate, calciumchloride and calcium sulfate ) w ith di fferent concent ra tions o n salt st ress in the earlystag es g row th o f soybea n w ere tested. The resul ts show ed tha t calcium chlo ride and calciumsulfa te w ere bet ter to mi tiga te sal t st ress o f soybean g row th , while the ef fect of 15mmol /L calcium chlo ride was the best. Calcium could increase the activities of proteinasea nd lipase in germinating of so ybean seeds, enhance the respi ra to ry ra te, improvethe g erminating capaci ty and promo te the g row th of radicle.
