Abstract:
The ex periment o f applying o rganic ferti li zer, chemical ferti li zer and the bo th tocalcareous blade soil in which o rg anic co ntent w as v ery low w as ca rried out f rom 1993 to1994. The conductiv ity of osmotic elect roly te and the catalase activi ty and the co ntent ofabsci sic acid of endo- hormone, as wall as ul t rast ructure of palisade tissue a nd x y lemw ere determinded under the condi tio n of arti fical simula ted arid regime at di fferentg row th stages of soy bean. Result s indica ted that under the co ndition of dro ugh t, o rganicfertilizer could relax rav ag es of dro ug ht , reduce the co ntent of abscisic acid in so ybeanplant and the co nductivity of osmotic electrolyte of leaf blade, raise the catalase activi tyo f leaf blade, decrease the injury o f cell env elope, and av ai l to delay senesence of soybean leaf blade, and cell w all of pali sade tissue o f leaf was increased in thick-ness. Thetest resul t of reg ression co rrela tion indicated tha t, under the co ndi tion of dro ugh t, thelow er the co nductivi ty of o smo tic electo ly te of leaf blade, the hig her the catalase activi tyo f palnt ’s leaf blade i s, ralationship betw een these tw o i s remarkably nega tiv e in co rrelation.Relatio nship betw een the content o f abscisic acid o f endo- ho rmone of lea f bladeand the conductiv ity of osmo tic elect roly te is po ssi tive in cor relation.
